Crews just finished his senior season at Middle Georgia State after transferring from South Georgia State College. The 5-9, 180 lb. native of Sanderson, Fla. has the ability to pitch and play shortstop, although he worked almost exclusively as a pitcher in 2018. In 77 innings this year. the right-hander had a 6-3 record and 3.39 ERA along with a strikeout-to-walk ratio of 55:29.
Carter comes to Fayetteville after a solid sophomore campaign that saw him go 2-1 with one save in 12 appearances out of the bullpen. The 6-0, 165 lb. left-hander from Cordele, Ga. had a 3.94 ERA and held opposing hitters to a 2.14 batting average.
Goff leaves Middle Georgia State coming off a senior season in which he served as one of the top relievers for the Knights. Over the course of 66.2 innings and 23 appearances, the left-hander tallied a 9-1 record, one save and a 4.32 ERA. The Kennesaw, Ga. native was especially sharp within the Southern States Athletic Conference, earning First-Team All-Conference honors with a 9-0 mark and 3.24 ERA.
