2019 will be the first year David Anderson is at the helm for the SwampDogs.  Anderson, a native of Syracuse, New York, has built an extensive resume' across the country as a player and coach. In 2015, Anderson pitched for the Bridgeport Bluefish of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball with a 2.67 ERA in 40 innings worked. He also spent time in 2016 with the New Jersey Jackals of the Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball League.

As a coach, Anderson has spent time with Muhlenberg College, Cornell University and as the head coach of the Watertown Rapids before taking his current position as the Pitching Coach at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Anderson is currently working to obtain his Master's Degree in Sport Management with the University of Florida.
