Tonight’s Game in Morehead City Pushed to Aug. 2

Friday night’s game in Morehead City has been postponed due to weather. The two teams will play a double header on Friday, August 2nd starting at 6 p.m. in Morehead City. There will be a 20 minute break between the two, seven inning games.

Be sure to reserve your tickets to Saturday night’s game at “The Swamp” by calling the office at (910) 426-5900. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a camo cinch sack from our friends at Cape Fear Orthopedic. Also, it’s Hope Mills Chamber Night and our Home-Based Business Night for some of your neighborhood businesses.

If that isn’t enough, the SwampDogs would like to invite the best fans in the Coastal Plain League to some big events right around the corner!

On Sunday, July 21, the SwampDogs are organizing a charity bowling event to benefit the Cape Fear Valley Health Foundations Friends of Children, Friends of the Cancer Center and Friends of the Heart Center. You can register your team of four right now by clicking on the top banner of our website. The night will include two hours of bowling and fun for just $50 per team and you’ll benefit a great cause! The event is taking place at the B&B Lanes off Fort Bragg Blvd.

If you would like a one-of-a-kind SwampDogs pink jersey, you can start bidding on your favorite player(s) and/or coach(es) jerseys online by visiting the front page of our website. The winning bid will receive a game-worn jersey after the game on July 25 and the second place bidder will receive an authentic replica jersey. All procedes will benefit Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation’s Friends of the Cancer Center.
