FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Fayetteville SwampDogs held their ninth annual Trunk-or-Treat Friday, October 30th and it was the best yet. The crowd this year was the biggest ever with over 6,000 people attending the event.
Thousands of trick-or-treaters lined up outside The Swamp before the gates opened at 5 pm, and the steady stream of Captain Americas, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Zombies didn’t slow for hours.
After the visitors got candy from all the trunks lined up on the concourse, a costume contest was held on the field, as kids enjoyed activities and a dunk tank.
We’re looking forward to having everyone back at The Swamp next year!
