SwampDogs Kid Reporter on the Chevy Baseball Camp

This is my third year being a SwampDog kid reporter. My name is Alizdair Sebastien Ray. I’m 11 years old and being a kid reporter is a great opportunity in so many ways. I did the camp myself and I would like to say what a great way to improve your baseball skills as a player.

The camp was on the 16th of July from 9am-12pm. It was held at J.P.Riddle Stadium. I decided to interview one camper this year. I asked Edward Cook a few questions. He really enjoyed doing the camp. This was Edwards first time doing this great baseball camp and he would love to do it again. He has been to Swamp Dogs games before and had a lot of fun watching them. He plays recreational baseball and this is his first year playing the fun sport.

Edward’s favorite baseball team is the Cardinals. Baseball is his favorite sport he finds it interesting, exciting and just fun to see a team win. The next Chevy Youth Baseball camp will be on the 25th of this month. I hope that more kids will show up for the camp. That will be all from me your Fayetteville Swamp Dogs kid reporter and go Swamp Dogs!
