SwampDogs Getting Set For July 3rd

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Fayetteville SwampDogs biggest game of the season each year is on July 3rd, and this year will be no different. Now less than one week away from the biggest event of the summer, tickets are nearly sold out and “The Swamp” will be packed once again.

To accommodate the crowd, the SwampDogs are diligently working to streamline service areas in the ballpark to provide the best service. In addition to the newly redesigned concession stand which is two times larger than last year and able to more quickly accommodate large crowds, the SwampDogs will be setting up additional service areas throughout the park.

With extra food service areas on the concourse and at the popular Miller Lite Liberty Lounge serving up hot dogs and hamburgers, hawkers roving the stands will be able to deliver ballpark favorites like popcorn, peanuts and Cracker Jack to fans without having to leave their seats.

On the Miller Lite Liberty Lounge fans will be able to purchase 12 oz. cans of beer for $1 in addition to the regular draft beer, wine, hot dogs, hamburgers, peanuts, popcorn and soda that can be found at the Lounge every night.

“We’re doing everything we can to ensure the best and quickest service possible to all fans,” said SwampDogs General Manager Jeremy Aagard. “We’ve made changes this offseason and are ramping up our efforts even further to make sure that happens.”

The SwampDogs host the Holly Springs Salamanders on July 3rd at 7:05 pm. After the game, the Honoring America Fireworks Tribute presented by Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Fiat, USAA and Disaster One will take place. It’s the best fireworks extravaganza in Fayetteville, so don’t miss your chance to experience the show! To reserve your tickets, call 910-426-5900.
