I was very excited that I was able to interview the kids at this year’s Fayetteville SwampDogs baseball camp. The camp was Monday- Thursday (June 17 – 20). I caught up with four kids on the last day of camp who participated in the camp for the first time.
Dustin, who has been playing baseball for three years, found the camp very entertaining.
Coleman, who has been involved with baseball for six years, thought the camp was a good experience.
Sean, whose favorite sport is football, thought it was a lot of fun for something that he was trying out for the first time (the camp was his first four days ever playing baseball).
Five-year baseball veteran, Connor thought the camp was amazing.
There were over 100 kids in the camp this year! It look likes the kids had a fun time. If you didn’t have your child come out this year, please bring them out next year. You can still make another baseball camp this year because the Chevy baseball clinic is going to be held July 13th at J.P. Riddle Stadium. I will be there and I hope to see you in July.
