Hopping Around Fayetteville With Fun-Go

Fun-Go is in the middle of a busy spring getting ready for the 2016 Coastal Plain League Season and no time is better for Fun-Go’s antics than Easter Vacation.

Fun-Go spent last weekend on the go (no pun intended) as he sped across Fayetteville visiting friends and families focused on the community.

The start of the events began at Kings Cross Apartments off of Morganton Rd at the Polar Plunge presented by Kings Housing. Fun-Go took the plunge, hoping in the chilly outdoor pools with residents and friends of Kings Housing in order to raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation.

Fun-Go dried off before heading over to the Cape Fear Valley Hospital Easter Celebration with friends from the Fayetteville Police Department, Fayetteville Fire Department, Elsa and Anna from Frozen, and the Easter Bunny.

Follow the SwampDogs on social media to see where Fun-Go goes next and to see pictures and videos from his latest shenanigans!

All the fun that Fun-Go participates in is just preparation for the SwampDogs’ season beginning on May 31 and the home opener on June 1st at The Swamp.

However, before we get that far, Fun-Go and the SwampDogs’ front office would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter!
